1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Akasha Router application ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App.

2. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY (NO LIABILITY)

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The App interacts directly with low-level Linux networking configurations. Modifying router settings (including but not limited to Wi-Fi interfaces, firewalls, ad-blockers, and QoS) can result in network instability, loss of internet connection, or device soft-bricking.

Under no circumstances shall Sahin Thomas, the developers, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to hardware failure, network downtime, data loss, or security breaches resulting from the use or inability to use this App.

3. Advertisements and Third-Party Links

The App may display advertisements served by third-party networks (such as Google AdMob). We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the products, services, or content displayed in these advertisements. Interactions with third-party ads are strictly between you and the advertiser.

4. In-App Purchases and Pro Features

The App may offer premium features through one-time In-App Purchases or Subscriptions.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed entirely by the Google Play Store (or Apple App Store).
Refunds: Because we do not process payments directly, we cannot issue refunds. All refund requests must be handled through the official Google Play Store or Apple App Store refund portals subject to their respective terms of service.
Feature Availability: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at any time. Certain advanced features require specific packages (e.g., SQM, AdBlock) to be installed on your OpenWrt router to function.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring your OpenWrt router is properly secured. This includes changing default passwords and ensuring your router's administrative interface (ubus/RPC) is not exposed to the public internet. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your network.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's interface, original content, features, branding, and codebase (excluding open-source libraries) are owned by Sahin Thomas. OpenWrt is a trademark of Software in the Public Interest, Inc., and this App is an independent tool not officially affiliated with or endorsed by the OpenWrt project.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
